It is superbly located just next to the Powder Tower, medieval gate of entry to Prague, where remarkable King’s Road starts. This road leads directly to the Prague castle and in medieval times it was the only road served for King’s retinue. On the Republic Square starts the main pedestrian area, leading to the Old Town Square and the Wenceslas Square.
