Description
A history of this burgher house goes back to the 14th century, when it was built by the Mayor of Hradcany. During centuries the building changed its owner and appearence several times. The Hotel Golden Star was opened after a complete reconstruction in May 2000. The reconstruction preserved the original architectural elements. The hotel offers luxury accommodation in large rooms equipped with wooden period furniture. The total capacity of the hotel is 24 rooms and 3 large suites.

The Nerudova street is leading up from the Little Quarter Square to the Prague Castle, it used to be a part of the Royal Way. It is architectury very interesting street with Renaissance and Baroque facades and famous "house signs" - emblems used for distinguish houses before the introduction of numbers.
