Description
The hotel "U pava Hotel" - "At the Peacock" is situated nearby the Charles Bridge - just a few steps from the cozy Kampa Island. Having been completely renovated in 1991, the house was saved from a destruction, which was imminent. The hotel succeeded in saving its historical character of the building and creating a luxurious place with all the comforts for its guests at the same time. The ancient atmosphere is increased by furniture made from dark nutwood, by crystal chandeliers and many valuable original works of art.

This area is one of the most picturesque of Prague. If you decide to stay here, you will be in the historical heart of town, but in a quieter part then on the other side of the river (only the Mostecka and Karmelitska streets are a bit noisy). This area is full of small narrow streets, lovely houses, gardens and cafe bars.
