Description
The building in which the hotel Kampa is now situated was originally an armoury, built in early Baroque style at the beginning of the 17th century. In 1992, after extensive renovation, it was reopened to offer hotel accommodation. It provides accommodation in 85 comfortable rooms with the standard equipment. The restaurant is situated in an old historic hall.

This area is one of the most picturesque of Prague. If you decide to stay here, you will be in the historical heart of town, but in a quieter part then on the other side of the river (only the Mostecka and Karmelitska streets are a bit noisy). This area is full of small narrow streets, lovely houses, gardens and cafe bars.
